Terms of use
The short, plain version of the rules for using Color Cafe.
Who these terms are with
Color Cafe is and operated by Enchant Health LLC ("we" and "us"). By downloading or using Color Cafe, you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Apple EULA"). If a child uses Color Cafe on a device you manage, you agree to these terms on their behalf.
Free pictures
Color Cafe is free to download. The first 10 pictures you start are free, with every style and difficulty. Each picture you start counts toward the 10, even if you delete it later.
Color Cafe Unlimited
Color Cafe Unlimited is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks unlimited new pictures.
- Free trial. Eligible new subscribers get a 7-day free trial. Apple decides trial eligibility. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
- Price. After the trial, Unlimited costs $4.99 a month or $39.99 a year in the US. The App Store shows the price in your country before you confirm.
- Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends.
- Auto-renewal. The subscription renews automatically at the same price and length unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- Canceling. Cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings: on iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. You can also visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Canceling stops future renewals. You keep Unlimited until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Family Sharing. Unlimited supports Apple Family Sharing. When Share With Family is on, the people in your Family Sharing group can use the subscription on their own devices at no extra cost.
- Refunds. Apple processes all payments and refunds. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
If your subscription ends, the pictures you've made stay on your device and you can keep coloring them.
Your license
We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use Color Cafe on Apple devices that you own or control, as described in the Apple EULA. Please don't copy, resell, or reverse engineer the app, or use it in a way that breaks the law.
Your pictures
The photos you use and the pictures you color belong to you. We claim no rights to them, and we never receive them. Please only use photos you have the right to use.
No warranty
We work hard to make Color Cafe reliable and fun. Even so, the app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We can't promise it will always be free of bugs or available on every device.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages from using Color Cafe. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Color Cafe in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we'll post the new version here and update the effective date. Continuing to use Color Cafe after a change means you accept the updated terms.
