Privacy policy

Who we are

Color Cafe is an iPhone and iPad app operated by Enchant Health LLC, which also runs Coplay Club. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Enchant Health LLC.

The short version

• No accounts. There's nothing to sign up for. We never ask for a name, email, or birthday.
• No analytics and no tracking. The app doesn't measure or report how it's used.
• No ads. There are no ad networks in the app.
• No third-party SDKs. The app contains no outside code that collects data.
• Photos stay on the device. The camera and your photos are used on the device to make coloring pages. Nothing is uploaded.
• Artwork stays on the device. Pictures and coloring progress are saved only on the iPhone or iPad where they were made.

We don't collect personal information from anyone who uses Color Cafe, child or adult. We have no servers that receive data from the app.

The camera and your photos

When your kid takes a photo, or picks one from Photos, Color Cafe turns it into a numbered pixel grid right on the device. Camera frames and photos are never sent to us or to anyone else. The app asks for camera and photo access only so it can do this, and you can turn that access off anytime in the device's Settings.

Artwork and progress

Each picture, its coloring progress, and the strokes used for the time-lapse replay are stored on the device. They don't sync to us, and we can't see them. Deleting a picture in the app removes it. Deleting the app removes everything it stored.

Sharing a finished picture

When a picture is done, the Share button opens Apple's standard share sheet. The person holding the device chooses where the picture goes, such as saving it to Photos or sending it to family. We don't receive a copy.

Purchases

The free pictures and the Color Cafe Unlimited subscription are handled by Apple through the App Store. We never receive your name, email, address, or payment details. Apple only tells the app whether a subscription is active, so the app can unlock unlimited pictures. Apple's handling of your purchase is covered by Apple's privacy policy.

The app contacts the App Store only to show prices, complete a purchase, restore a purchase, or check a subscription. Everything else works offline.

Children's privacy

Color Cafe is made for children and is designed for the App Store's Kids category. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) by collecting nothing at all. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. In fact, the app doesn't collect personal information from anyone.

The app has no behavioral advertising, no third-party analytics, no chat, and no social features. The subscription screen, the grown-ups settings, and any link that leaves the app sit behind a grown-ups check.

If you email us

If you write to us at help@coplayclub.com, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to send. We use it only to answer you, and we delete it when we no longer need it. Please don't include your child's personal information in a support email.

This website

This website doesn't use cookies, analytics, or ads. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your browser's IP address when a page loads, as described in Google's privacy policy. Our web host may keep standard server logs for security.

Your choices

Because we don't hold any data about you or your child, there's nothing for us to access, correct, delete, or sell. You're always in control of what's on the device. You can delete pictures in the app, turn off camera or photo access in Settings, or delete the app.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll post the new version here and update the effective date. If we ever wanted to collect information from children, we would first get verifiable parental consent, as COPPA requires.
