Is Color Cafe safe for my kid?
Color Cafe is built for kids ages 3 and up, in the App Store's Kids category. It has no ads, no chat, no social features, no accounts, and no analytics. Photos are turned into coloring pages on the device and never uploaded. The subscription screen, the grown-ups settings, and every link out of the app sit behind a grown-ups check.
How do I get to the grown-ups settings?
On the home screen, tap the person icon labeled For grown-ups, then answer the quick math question. That's where you'll find the subscription, Restore purchases, and the privacy and terms links.
How does Family Sharing work?
Subscribe once, on any device. If your family uses Apple Family Sharing and Share With Family is on for the subscription, every kid's iPhone and iPad in your family group gets Color Cafe Unlimited at no extra cost. A Family Sharing group holds up to six people.
To check sharing, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and make sure Share With Family is on. If a kid's device still doesn't unlock, open For grown-ups on that device and tap Restore purchases.
How do the 10 free pictures count?
Every picture your kid starts counts toward the 10, even if it's deleted later. Those first 10 pictures stay free for good. After that, starting a new picture needs Color Cafe Unlimited.
What happens if the subscription ends?
Everything your kid made stays on the device, and they can keep coloring pictures they've already started. Starting new pictures needs Unlimited again.
The camera isn't working.
Color Cafe needs permission to use the camera. Open Settings, scroll down to Color Cafe, and turn on Camera. If you'd rather not allow the camera, your kid can still pick pictures from Photos.
Where are pictures saved? Can I move them to a new device?
Pictures are saved only on the device where they were made. They don't sync through iCloud or to us, so they don't move to a new iPhone or iPad on their own. To keep a finished picture, tap Share and save it to Photos.
Does it work on iPad and offline?
Yes to both. Color Cafe is made for iPhone, iPad, and iPhone Duo, and everything works offline. The app only goes online to reach the App Store when you start, restore, or manage a subscription.
What ages is it for?
It's made for kids 6 to 8, and it works well up to 10 and beyond. Younger kids do well with Easy pictures in the Storybook style. Hard pictures go up to 128 by 128 cells.
Who made Color Cafe?
A dad and his kids designed it together over the summer of 2026. Color Cafe is part of Coplay Club, a parent and kid gaming brand, and is published by Enchant Health LLC.
